| I have an important meeting today... been working on this account for over 2 years and now we are finally going to discuss looking at doing an annual program with my radio station. This could be really big for me so hopefully the meeting goes well today! I've decided to cut out dessert for a month - this will start on the 15th. I just want to do regain a little control. I think I'm a pretty healthy person who just happens to have a really big sweet tooth! So no more treats for me for a little while. I've done this before and it hasn't worked in the past to just cut back - for me I have to go cold turkey. So that's what I'm going to do. Hope you're all having a great week! |

| UPDATE: my friends Amanda & Joe from back home had her little boy earlier this week...Eli Joshua is doing well and the whole family is excited to finally meet him. Malik is especially excited about having a little brother! LOVE YOU GUYS!

| It's NOVEMBER! .... hope you had a great Halloween weekend - I love dressing up and as you can see with my profile picture I decided to go with the Flapper costume. I'll have to post pictures later - my computer is doing something funny. TONIGHT - I'm headed to the fabulous FOX Theatre to see the broadway show "In The Heights" I'm really excited - I love going to shows and to top it off, we're going to go out to dinner before the show & make a whole night of it. I can't remember the last show I saw... YAY! ... I can already tell this month is going to go by fast! |
